As far as I am concerned, chocolate doesn't exist in less than 100g chunks. Similarly, chocolate coated digestive biscuits don't exist in less than half a packet.

Ask him if he knows where the meat comes from ( the farm, not the wholesaler!), what breed it was, how long it's been hung etc. If he can answer these questions you're probably onto a winner.
