Although I did a few gigs years ago where suited and booted was de rigueur for at least the past 6-8 years dress code has been casual-casual (on the rare occasions I've needed to physically attend) meaning jeans & tees, polo-shirt at worst and shoes were trainers/cat boots but this is BusCasual and trousers & shirt expected so obviously that means real shoes!
*I think my views on PMs/PPMs/ PPPMs whatever socalled M's, are well known.

Although I have been doing OK in keeping going with gigs with 1/2 decent rates - over the past few years it has become more of a ball ache:- in and out of IR35, a seemingly endless fight against Hector, NI etc blah blah blah
My last gig strongly hinted at wanting me to jump ship and stay with them as a permie... which although it didn't actually result in an offer in the end did result in me changing focus about what I wanted/was looking for.....
End result - I've accepted a permie offer.... that's it really.....
So long and thanks for all the fish!
