Oh I'm so glad I'll be dead & gone before there's another 14 years of Tory* misrule.Originally posted by vetran View PostBlood pressure fine as far as the government is concerned I just wish I could stop bursting out laughing seeing how Labour are working themselves out of the running for a decade or more.

He was out of order that is no way to talk to women, the producers should have told him to behave or he is out.Originally posted by Zigenare View Post
What's he actually guilty of? He's vulgar and a bore but what has he done other than upset a few women who should've been capable of putting him in his place?
Is he going to be spoken to by the Stazi for a non-crime "offence"?
It would be a public order offence AFAIK. That is a court appearance.

It seems if you want bad legislation ask a lawyer and they have no idea how to govern.
Bojo & Co couldn't really do worse. Lets pay every striker off then freeze the pensioners, lets piss off the farmers aiming at billionaires hiding wealth etc.

It seems whatever I post the Pro Iran Proxy idiots try to turn it into a party political broadcast for the Gang rapist and Rocket rammers. Not sure what David Bowie & spiders have to do with Israel?
Unemployment up

Clarkson and the BUF are up in arms about being caught in their tax dodge, Vet’s blood pressure is through the roof as he spams the forum with every Daily Fail headline he can find, generating very few replies, so as long as that goes on, there’s very little to moderate.
What about you, I mean apart from what you’re told is happening and how you’re told you’re supposed to react, how have you been affected personally over the last month?
Have you stopped shopping at all the shops that have offended you because of their Christmas adverts? (Which isn’t due to the government)
Have you stopped thinking about buying particular car brands because you are in a complete melt? (Again, not caused by the government)

I'm fine, my daily rate is high enough to absorb whatever the government throws at me - I am however conscious of the fact that not everyone is in that fortunate position.Originally posted by WTFH View Post

Yes, I’ve got shares. Hasn’t made a big difference to meOriginally posted by Zigenare View PostGot shares? You're Fcked!
Inherited a house from your parents and you rent it out? You're Fcked!
Built a "buy to let empire"? You're Fcked!
Own an asset of any kind? You're Fcked!
Got a private pension? You're Fcked!
Been paid partly in equity? You're Fcked!
Built a business from scratch? You're Fcked!
Employ other people? You're Fcked!
Do Fck all? Own Fck all? Have no aspirations whatsoever? You'll be fine, the government will look after you!
Remember comrades, all property is theft!
Yes, we inherited a house which we have been working on over the last 3 years, doing it up to sell on.
No, we don’t have a BtL “empire”, but I read the hilarious story in the Telegraph about the couple from Chichester in their 70s who had built up an “empire” of 70 houses and were going to sail round the world in their yacht, but have had to go back to work, because they can’t afford to sail round the world any more. Couldn’t possibly sell one or two of the houses and live off that, and couldn’t possibly admit that their reason for going sailing was to avoid paying tax, but weep for poor them, wanting to be the richest lonely fools in the graveyard.
Yes, I own several assets. I’ve not noticed any difference. Houses still standing, cars still going fine, things of value still increasing in value.
Yes, I’ve got private pensions, some are doing better than others, none are declining in value.
I could go on, but you’re not interested in hearing anything that is in the real world. Just keep believing what you’re told, keep looking at the poor decisions you have made in the past, and start to realise that you can’t blame everyone else for your choices.

You started a thread on the morning of the budget declaring all the things that Labour were going to do in the budget, and it was pure far-right drivel, and proved wrong within hours of you repeating what you believe unquestioningly.
”British” society has been eroded ever since Britain and its allies defeated the far right. Education, science, intelligence, free-thinking are all discouraged by those who dream of Victorian England and imagine they fought in wars.
