Anyone over 50 thinks this is an utterly ridiculous question. When were knee high to a grasshopper we went down't pit at 4am and pulled coal from't earth with us bare hands. No HSE issues in our day
40-50 doesn't understand why you are even asking this
30-40 might be a bit concerned if they work in risky jobs
29 and under will be losing their tulip thinking it's so unfair and that they shouldn't work while the strikes are on.

Under 18s don't know what you are on about they are too busy staring at their phones.....

They would probably suggest that you do a risk assessment. Which is the correct thing to do.
