No, genuinely ironic, unlike all the example Ms Morissette gave in her song which were just plain bad luck.

Yeah, but the song is asking a question about whether they are ironic or not. It would be a pretty stupid question if she chose examples that were clearly ironic. So she quite rightly mentions things that one could be unsure about their irony.
