Diesel and other high-energy fuels degrade over time.

Not sure what timescales that is, but probably after a year or two it will reduce by a few RONs and may be unusable.

    edit: Here we are

Provided you've not tweaked the engine too much, you should be OK. The bigger the engine the better.
Also, maybe mix it down with some pump diesel, rather than just using it on its own.

Diesel engines are pretty tolerant of what they burn.

Change the filter on the top right to 'all time' to see older posts

Maybe some temporary disruption will be good in the long run, if it means we become more self-reliant and stop outsourcing our skills and exploiting foreign labour to the detriment of training and employing British people.

Oh, yes, those years of abuse were the fault of the French.

Keep on blaming foreigners, that's the spirit!

Now we require suitable Visas we will be able to control access better its not like the EU are avoiding travelling thieves, many of their worst criminals are crossing borders.
FTFY if you are going to make stuff up please at least try to make it believable.

Some tanker and HGV drivers are starting to struggle to fill their tankers/HGVs.

Luckily most companies have their own pumps......

    So what are:
    1. Motorbike owners, scooter owners and moped owners suppose to do?
    2. Gardeners who use petrol mowers, hedge trimmers etc suppose to do?
    3. RNLI volunteers suppose to do so they can fill up lifeboats?

There are probably more examples of people who need to get less than £30 of fuel and/or use petrol cans but theses are the ones I can think of at the top of my head.

so yes it was France that caused this gentleman's bad experience. Sorry it must be the brexiteers fault.

As far as apparent racism against EU workers apparently 6 million loved it so much here they applied for settlement . That is 4-5 times the number of Brits in the EU do you think our new citizens left the EU because it is more tolerant than the UK? Have you seen some of the naked racism in some EU countries?

The argument that EU workers were causing low wages has been resoundingly proven, we are short of HGV drivers, Catering and farm staff all lowly paid jobs occupied by many EU citizens, guess what the employers are doing ? Oh yes raising wages.

We know many European criminals have rebooted their career in the UK as some of our worst crimes recently have involved none UK nationals many here illegally.

Now if you have been out shouting "go home legal migrants" you are probably alone on this board! but you are so wrong about everything else I wouldn't be surprised.
What a load of bollox, and how many times has it been explained to you that the UK could have refused entry to know EU criminals but the UK chose not to control its borders like the rest of the EU. You babble on like a broken record with Brexit rhetoric lies meanwhile the UK falls apart because of numpties like you who put the cross in the wrong box.

More than 1,000 lorries have left the UK since Wednesday evening but many are still trapped at the port of Dover.

The drivers were stranded after France introduced travel restrictions on hauliers crossing the Channel following the emergence of a new mutated strain of coronavirus in the UK.

Footage of the port on Christmas Eve showed the truckers had used traffic cones to spell out the word “help”.

It comes after tensions threatened to boil over on Wednesday as the truckers were pictured clashing with police officers at the port.

The lorry drivers were seen honking their horns in protest. Kent Police said a man had been arrested for obstructing a highway in Dover.

France was accused of over-reacting to the new strain of Covid-19 after more than 2,000 lorry drivers waiting to leave the port returned negative test. Just three drivers had positive tests, said Transport Secretary Grant Shapps.
