Vlad bends vote counts and cuts off candidates (parties) from registrations - this is fixable, but UK achieves the same with FPTP two party system and it’s not clear how that can be fixed - voting in any bent system is just giving it legitimacy.
Nope, they gave real independence to Indonesia and Suriname, but out of the 6 tiny remaining overseas territories 3 are now their own country namely Aruba, Curacao and Saint Martin and the other 3 have become Dutch town councils
