There are more Lords than can fit in the chamber and some of them aren't currently living in the UK, so there isn't a shortage of them (unfortunately)....
-
The average age of House of Lords Members is 70, with over 800 members - statistically easily 20% should have had Covid and with known mortality rate of (10.9% in patients aged 70 – 79 years)* that means that 16+ Their Lordships would have been dead by now, I think only Lord Bath died from it (87 years old). Accidentally this is within 90%+ vaccine efficacy range.Originally posted by vetran View Postlink?

There was a Tory MP who the shadow health minister, a working doctor, commented on when the vaccines where being rolled out that he had got his vaccine early. She then withdrew the comment and didn't say why.Originally posted by vetran View Post

(There are actually a few medical doctors in the Commons who are all working back in the NHS doing stuff who should all have been vaccinated. )

Yes. A bit like the UK. Only the UK is better at hiding it. (Don tin hat now).Originally posted by vetran View Post

Party members will be vaccinated separately
https://www.politico.eu/article/eu-i...s-on-march-22/
Sound familiar? The EU will begin vaccinating officials in exclusive vaccine centers in Brussels this month, a process it insists will remain in line with Belgian vaccine rules.
Despite failures in rolling out coronavirus jabs across the bloc, the Brussels-based institutions have taken solid preparations to vaccinate their own officials. The European Commission, Council of the EU and European Parliament plan to open their vaccination centers for officials and MEPs on March 22, officials told POLITICO.
