    Pre-existing conditions include things like eczema, depression and prolapse.

    There is a list somewhere.

    Basically if you have been to your doctor in the last two years with something they will decide if you die of Covid that it was an underlying condition.

    Yeah they are medically vulnerable which is the reason they end up in care homes. They don't tend to be children they tend to be adults under 60 whose parents can't care for them any more for various reasons including the parents being dead or their needs being too complex.

    Covid deaths and outbreaks confirmed at three more Cornwall care homes - Cornwall Live

    If all the vulnerable have been vaccinated then any deaths may be due to normal causes and not covid, unless the vaccine isn't that good at preventing death of people in 'god's waiting room'.
