Some people who worked with him at other organisations in the third and health sector said he was competent. However he got done for fraud due to his made up qualifications, and only on appeal hasn't had to pay his NHS salary back because he actually did his job properly.

    Apart from the doctors and nurses, every body else in “management” in NHS is fake with inflated salaries and fake experience and little to no accountability.

    You can add councils too to that list.
