Come on, cojak, you're better than that.

Here it is in another outlet that it is guaranteed not to tell the truth about the far right:
Julian Lewis accuses PM of 'improper' bid to seize control of security watchdog | Daily Mail Online

Or here, same quality just using bigger words and less semi-naked women:
Julian Lewis hits back at Boris Johnson after he is stripped of Conservative whip

He went to the Press Association to give his statement, then it was up to the media outlets to decide whether they picked it up or not, and how to spin it. The PA is considered neutral, which means it offends everyone equally.

Its was directly quoting the chap involved and the official government statement. Can't see how that can be classed as left wing spin. It's what was said by the parties involved as a matter of record.

If someone keeps their position despite failure after failure then one can imagine it is not about what you do but what you know. Now at least we have established that it's not something major.

    Really??

    That's not what he says...

“It was only yesterday afternoon that I received a text asking me to confirm that I would be voting for the prime minister’s preferred candidate for the ISC chair, I did not reply as I considered it an improper request. At no earlier stage did I give any undertaking to vote for any particular candidate.”
    Oh, and btw...
"In recent days, the official No 10 spokesman explicitly denied that the Governmant was seeking to 'parachute' a preferred candidate into the chair, stating that it was a matter for the senior parliamentarians on the committee to decide. It is therefore strange to have the whip removed for failing to vote for the Government's preferred candidate"

Obviously there is something in the report otherwise you wouldn't have Raab suddenly saying something now: UK says Russia sought to interfere in 2019 election by leaking documents online | UK news | The Guardian

Johnson only wanted Grayling because he could then take orders from Cummings and redact most of it....

Buy a used copy of “How to Win Friends and Influence People” from MarillionFan’s Reassuringly overpriced shop, free chalk with every order, whilst stocks last (and they will for another thousand years).
