Donuts' central link is relevant to the discussion. If you look at the amount spent on schooling per pupil, it is far higher in many high ethnic areas, like Tower Hamlets, than elsewhere. As I've (boringly) said before, we need to focus equally on all those left behind.

Then again it did appear (from the above) they were referring to actual footage which you could judge yourself. BBC said little about the actual incident although it was all there. I can't comment as I'm not willing to further the DM cause or the social media cause
