Sorry for adding more options..... but....

bacon and mushroom - ketchup brown sauce
bacon and egg - brown sauce
just bacon - brown sauce

sausage (with most things) - ketchup
sausage with mash and gravy - mustard

Other way round is my preference I'm afraid. Something about the salty-ness of the bacon mixing with ketchup is bloody awful!

I like sriracha or sweet chilli sauce on most stuff.

Currently very much enjoying a hot beetroot ketchup provided by The Foraging Fox. Far nicer.
