bacon and egg - brown sauce
just bacon - ketchup and extra butter, but brown sauce is also fine
sausage (with most things) - brown sauce

I like sriracha or sweet chilli sauce on most stuff.
Currently very much enjoying a hot beetroot ketchup provided by The Foraging Fox. Far nicer.
