She's a psychopath. She won't stop until they trap her in a hydraulic press and crush her until her eyes stop glowing.

Theresa is the only one putting the country first. Top notch. Impossible job, doing a great job in a sea of cretins.

If people weren't too busy slagging each other off to actual pay attention, the answer would be obvious. She's still in office because the Parliamentary Tory Party is majority Remainer.
They coalesced around her because they wanted to either stop Brexit or, failing that, get the softest Brexit possible. So they chose a 'name' Tory in the hopes they'd get a Remainer in as leader, rather than a Brexiter who would go for a hard Brexit as fast as possible. They caught a break when the Brexiters couldn't get their act together, because if it had gone to the party members they'd have probably lost.
Since then, the Remainer Tory MPs will do whatever they can to keep her in office because they fear a leadership contest. A leadership contest this time will end up with party members choosing between a Remainer and a Brexiter, and everyone knows how that would go. The Brexiter would then call for a General Election, and a bunch of Remainers would be deselected by their local party. The ones that survive both deselection and the election would be backbenchers, perhaps in the majority, perhaps in the minority, but the party would be in the hands of the Brexiters, and there'd be a hard Brexit. So the Remainers are stuck. They didn't know she'd be so incompetent, but they have to stick with her now, or they lose not only Brexit but any power they have.
The Brexiters are also stuck. They can't do anything about it. They can't call another leadership challenge, and if they did the Remainers would probably keep her around anyway. Unless/until Brexit actually happens, the Remainers will keep their stranglehold and keep her in power as long as she is willing to stay. The only thing the Brexiters can do is make noise and tell her she has to go. Their other option would be to tell her they are going to back Corbyn in a vote of no confidence. If they did that, and she called their bluff, it would end up in a General Election with May leading the Tories and they'd get slaughtered, then Corbyn would do a Customs Union Brexit, which would be even worse, from a Brexiter perspective, than May's deal. So they can't do anything.
No one dares force her out. Labour doesn't actually want her out, the longer she stays the weaker the Tories are. The Remainer Tories no doubt want her out, but dare not remove her. The Brexiter Tories no doubt want her out, but the only way they could do it, by forcing a General Election with her leading the party, would probably end up with PM Corbyn.
Theresa May is likely going to continue to be PM until she finally gets so tired of it that she decides to quit despite the Remainers begging her to stay, or until her deal gets passed (at which point the Remainers won't care much anymore and will be glad to dump her if she doesn't quit), or until the current term of Parliament runs out. In the latter case, she might step down before the election to keep her promise not to lead into the next election (but she might not, she doesn't hesitate to break her promises).
Those who could get rid of her (Tory Remainer MPs) won't do it. Nobody else can (and Labour doesn't really want to, anyway).

Same reason you are still in the Thistle Hotel Heathrow. She lives there. At least she is able to complete her expense claim.

She is a mad pm that needs to leave. Sick and tired of seeing her ugly face and hearing her horrid voice.

She's still PM because those who wanted to TakeBackControl, quite simply don't. They are aware of the poisoned chalice they have poured and refuse to touch it, choosing instead their standard modus operandi of blaming others, shouting lots, and shrugging off responsibility.
