    Their logo is quite possibly trademarked, and almost certainly copyrighted.
    So yes they can stop you.

    Can a company stop you wearing their logo as a contractor if they have previously provided you with branded workwear? The same workwear is also available to buy online so for what it’s worth you could be wearing your own clothes that jus happen to have their logo on.

    Any advice would be appreciated.
