    QED...

By the way, IR35 is not going away and was not introduced by the Tories (in fact they prevented it for several years pre-Bliar and the Moron). Osborne in isolation made the decision not to repeal or reform it based on skewed advice from the Treasury, not good economics or commercial reality. But let's not let history get in the way of pathetic point scoring.

Isn't this thread about what we want to happen? Not what we think will happen.

If they hold another referendum with a majority voting in favour of remain then it is the people who are reversing the decision, not a party.

What to blame someone? Blame the Tory party for holding a general election when they did not need to during the remaining A50 timeline.

If they gave more detail the Tories would steal it to stay in power.

Look at Labour's policies on energy caps from Ed Miliband.

17 million voted to leave. How many now regret it?

How many didn't vote because they thought Brexit was never going to happen?

16 million voted to remain. How many will now turn to Lib Dem just for that single pledge?

    Vote Lib Dem

    Nice manifesto.

Very low tax increases DECLARED, potential breakthrough is taxation of weed, that will raise more than £1 bln but always best to be careful with such estimates.

2nd referendum is a must - any deal with EU must be approved by it!

    Vote Lib Dems!

That's what the others say. If there is a chance of getting into power attitudes can change.

No, until we've left we can change our minds. A50 can be withdrawn.

Even if the Lib Dems quadruple their number of seats - optimistic but possible - that gives them a whole 32 MPs - a coachload rather than a minicab full but not worth worrying about. And none of the other parties will go into coalition with them anyway.

You can promise anything you like if you know you'll ever be in a position to deliver it. And look how long the Lib Dem manifesto lasted when Clegg came into power with Cameron...

Bull The EU have said themselves the UK can withdraw their notice of leaving at any time.
