Of course if the driver had realised what was happening (assuming it wasn't faked) and opened the door on her smashing the bike & her it would be who's fault?

You will notice she was the first one to reach out & touch (she hit the vans window repeatedly).

Given that it was fake, the only people at fault are those insisting on sharing fake news that was designed to drive profits to viral marketing companies.

...and to those companies I say "Get on yer bike"

To be fair 30 mins after I posted it I started hearing it was fake due to the van wing mirror coming off that easily.

BTW Some cyclists do rip the wing mirrors of cars particularly taxis that don't see them.

It can't be all that easy to rip the wing mirror off a van. Half the vans in London would be without them if it was.

Then if they get splattered it's their own fault.

Also there are actually a lot of one way signs in London that allow cyclists to go both ways or ride on the pavement. However unless you are on a bike you won't notice them. The ones in my area are normally at knee height or painted on the road in front of which a car has parked.

Most cyclists killed in London are women. Because they are less aggressive and don't go through red lights. Obey the rules of a road on a bike if you want to die.
