    He IS not a scumbag. Not now for sure, it's likely he learnt the lesson from that thing in the past whatever it was, 10 years is a long time - if he is a good man now, which I think is the case, then he reformed, perhaps thanks to CUK....

    Copyright law is the obvious biggie, but speak to a lawyer specialising in (internet) copyright infringement. If you are intending to do what one thinks you are intending to do, you are going to need a lawyer who specialises in copyright infringement. And a bloody good one at that.
