    However, please make the market buoyant by the autumn as the builders will have bankrupted me by then....

    Suity - there appears to be a local shortage of skips for hire - plan B for you maybe?

    I don't think London is that buoyant either and for those contracts which are available the number of applicants is off the scale. One agent said to me yesterday that they'd never seen so many good candidates available.

    One thing I am seeing is a number of agencies recruiting for contracts in Canary Wharf at low rates - I'm guessing related to this post.
