I obviously wouldn't touch their scheme with several barge poles tied together (being in HMRC's crosshairs as I speak) but was wondering about the blurb about agents, IR35, disguised self employment etc
My own advisor tells me that I won't be caught by IR35 but sometimes I get work through an agent.
Is this going to mean the end of getting work through an agent?

Our limited company plan will greatly increase your net returns as an alternative to corporation tax and dividend tax.If you've decided that setting yourself up as a limited company is the best option for you, we will be able to help structure the profits to be more efficient than paying yourself a combination of salary and dividends. Don't worry, we'll support you every step of the way!

Although you could argue that CUK is an Institution in it's own right. It certainly has plenty of Inmates.
