    When I got quicker in the summer, it was doing intervals and running up hills that seemed to help. Unfortunately, it also buggered my hip...

    Wow! I find going quick way way harder than increasing distance and distance doesn't seem to help, either, my times have stayed the same progressing all the way up from 3 miles to 10/11 miles

    Awesome- that looks nice.

    I did my first ever Park Run on Saturday morning (Because my wife made me). It was cold, pouring with rain and I probably should have had something to eat on the morning (Or something better than a Chinese Takeaway on Friday night). Still, I got round in 26:49 which I suppose isn't a bad benchmark - I need to do more speedwork.
