Bending me over meant that I and client were desperate so I wouldn't have gone 'they like you but they've asked you to come down by 75%, is that alright?' Not that I do that you understand!

I know SQL and PL/SQL but I'm not an Oracle guy. So I'll have to pass on the offer of bending you over. Maybe HAB can help out.
For reference, why do you have to find someone at no notice at all, what can be so urgent? Are you trying to find someone to do your work so you don't look bad?
And what does "bending you over" equate to in cash terms?
