    Have no idea how it can help or determine - probably HR driven drivel!

    Had my 2nd interview last night - should know today or tomorrow if the gig is mine. Pretty confident.....[he says]. 12 monther as well - so would be right up my street.

    i've never really liked those tests.

    a lot of the time the answers they ask you to tick are nowhere near where you would normally answer in the situations provided in the test.

    Hmm not sure could be - Id assume as its a potential long term Project they want the right people? Who knows! I just did two of them online which were 25 mins each - the 1.5 hour one is left and that's it. Very odd in deed.

    Ok - got my second interview coming week - but get this! Have to sit a 1.5 hour Psychometric test. Never done one before - whilst I can appreciate the contract is 9 months+ this is the first time Im having to do these. Anyway - all good for a laugh.

    Had first of 2 interviews today - went really well - got feedback within the hour and through to second interview with CIO on Tuesday morning.

    Looking good though from the feedback I got....so all well so far!

    I think it's plonking boxes and arrows on a Visio page. Maybe some dotted lines too. Maybe stretching to a little bit of Powerpoint (only three bullets per page though mind).
