Same here - its my first set of interviews for over 2 years so its a bummer. Luckily or not - its with a Sen Manager and HR at the same time I love HR interviews

I come from a Solutions / Infrastructure background - so anything under Wintel [inclusive of storage, networks, consolidation, virtualisation, Server based computing, messaging, Oracle, SAP and similar] so pretty broad.

Which negates what you said earlier.

I know people in "the Architecture space" and they don't have any of those skills.
