Had first of 2 interviews today - went really well - got feedback within the hour and through to second interview with CIO on Tuesday morning.
Looking good though from the feedback I got....so all well so far!Comment

Ok - got my second interview coming week - but get this! Have to sit a 1.5 hour Psychometric test. Never done one before - whilst I can appreciate the contract is 9 months+ this is the first time Im having to do these. Anyway - all good for a laugh.Comment

They will be wanting to slot you somewhere in here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belbin_Team_Inventory. It will pretty much give them an idea of the type of work character you are, and whether it will fit with a team or organisation.. interesting they are doing this on you as a contractor though, I wonder if the results can be different depending on whether you do the test with a contractor hat on, or with an employee hat on.. if you see what I mean?Originally posted by Liability View PostOk - got my second interview coming week - but get this!
