Contract template for ad hoc pieces of work

For the Docusign equivalent, I use xodo sign (formerly Eversign), free for 5 docs a month, and very easy to use, highly recommend.

Oh, that's interesting. My logic was that the 'direct with client' version had quite a bit of IR35 guff in it, at first. Then I reconsidered and thought, well it's probably best that it's watertight in case of repeat business with the client. I think I'll crack on with this and see how I end up.

Ah in that case yes it's the go to one. When you said ad-hoc work I thought you meant delivering a package in your own time rather than ad-hoc contractor type pieces of work. You might need deliver/payment milestones and warranties on work etc that we generally don't.

So yeah, can't do much wrong starting off with that one.

Yeah the QDOS one is usually my go to for these questions but it's more a standard contracting one which I didn't think you wanted sorry.

Can't help if it's not a standard contracting one but you could look through all the previous requests to see if something helps. Put the following in to google.

Does anyone have a contract template they use to sell ad hoc pieces of work to clients? To be clear, this isn't the standard contract you'll sign with an agency on a day rate. This is a fixed fee type of work with a client directly.

In the past, I've adapted contracts I've received from companies and used those. But, it's been a while since I did a side gig like this.

I was also looking at free versions of Docusign, to make proceedings appear a little bit more legitimate. Any advice on those?
