I think it's a case of you get out what you put in, just like most networking sites. If you're inactive and not commenting / following etc then you'll get nada.

If you're still in anon mode I still won't see who it is.

This thread actually prompted me to cancel the subscription.

Still going with the free version. Premium version too expensive for me...

It used to be decent when they offered it for £88 + VAT for one year, but they binned this off many a year ago.

I paid roughly the same amount to a guy who shows you how to get the best out of it without going premium.

Not just the sneaky stuff LI don't tell you about but how to present your profile and generate leads.

DM me if you want his name.

    I used it at £10pm for a while then dropped it when I got a contract. When I looked again they wanted £30, so as I wasn’t a recruiter/marketer I didn’t bother.

For £20pm I might have tried a 2 month analysis for ROI had I been in that position.

Only of real value to Permits who like applying for 4 week old job listings.

I used the free upgrade for the full month and didn't notice any benefit. I suppose I log into my LinkedIn account frequently enough to see who has been viewing my profile and premium membership screens out the anonymous ones (who are sometimes recruiters) so their statistics can be misleading.

    I don't think I'm likely to upgrade.

Have a couple if things lined up now already so will see how it goes.
Client I am working with is big on Digital Marketplace Bids, trying to learn as much as I can from them to see if I can move from one man band to delivering distinct packages of work but it's a jungle out there!
