Well, I think I know what it means selling coal to newcastle (e.g don't teach your father on how to make babies). A well intended replies and proposed actions were hijacked through personal experiences of one user to divert the essence of conversation. Can you clarify hijack? I was emphasizing the idea conveyed by the thread and was proposing how it can be developed, achieved and how I can contribute to that. Feedback and Inputs are not clearly hijack, is it?

As per earlier post
We all know that payment terms vary from 1 week to 4 weeks to 30 days depending on who the client and agency are. Everyone can cite a different payment term so no point saying "I get paid every x weeks and I get paid every y weeks".
