To the PCG's credit, when I asked them for an updated invoice (they had made it out to me personally instead of MyCo), they sent me one within 12 hours.

1. Arriva Bus company - says I have paid online but doesn't tell me which card I used - luckily I remember that the company card would not go through so I had to use my personal one.
