    Yes, there is a considerable amount of complexity surrounding the arrangement. Also dealing with a new agency, with a one-sided draft contract. Important to examine obligations including, and beyond IR35.

    I think B&C possibly look at more than just IR35, but I've never used them myself.

    Any recommendations - based on recent experiences (and cost) - for a contract legal review - not specifically IR35, but the legal aspects, clauses, obligations, etc.?
