Yes, there is a considerable amount of complexity surrounding the arrangement. Also dealing with a new agency, with a one-sided draft contract. Important to examine obligations including, and beyond IR35.

Just out of interest this is a complicated contract that is above and beyond standard one man band to client/agent contracts?
