Possible to use UK Ltd for Czech client (working home-based in UK)?

I used my old UK company in the Czech Republic I good while ago (>10 years ago) with no problems

That's my experience too.

For an EU business bank account Wise worked extremely well for me getting paid in Euros. (Formerly Transferwise).

Yep I'm also using a Wise account, with business debit card, can be connected into FreeAgent and good interest rates too

Having worked on several EU based contracts over the last couple of years (Not in Czechia though) it's no problem as long as the end client or agency is happy to work with your UK based Ltd company.

That's my experience too.

You say US multinational. I assume you mean a branch in Czechia. Just bear in mind that Chapter 10 will apply if they also have a UK PE, so you may need an SDS. Also check whether any work you’re doing there is consistent with your immigration status. Have the contract reviewed for commercial terms and check your PI insurance. Otherwise, fill yer boots if the client is willing. There are no geographic restrictions on clients with whom you can work through a UK company (sanctions aside).

It depends on the client.. Are they willing to hire you through a UK LTD company? If they are then there are details you need to work out, but I would worry about them first.

I'm looking at working for a US multinational as a contractor. It's early days but researching my options. I don't really want to set up a Czech local company and my research shows me that it may also be possible to use my current UK Ltd.

- 12 month contract
- All work conducted in UK
- Monthly visits to client (1-2days)

Has anyone contracted for a Czech-based client using their UK Ltd...and was this accepted by the Czech's?

Or would an umbrella solution be the other option?
