    You need to register your business in Timbuktu, and pay tax in Timbuktu, not in the Cayman Islands. If you want to pay tax in the Cayman Islands you need to work there instead. There will be no tax to pay in the UK.

    you need to ask a Cayman accountancy/legal specialist. And a Timbuktu/Mali specialist (although bribery works well I imagine in those places).

    PS. It's not basic as Cayman is a tax haven and they make great effort to ensure it's not basic.

    Not sure why you think UK contractors can help you with a tax question not relating to the UK though.
