Myself, I will not use the banking integration facility. It involves giving a 3rd party your log in details. How secure that actually is, is up for debate. But I won't trust it. It takes just a few minutes to download and upload a Quicken compatible file (or something else suitable) and upload it to FA. IMO, it isn't worth the risk. if your bank gets hacked you will be blamed for divulging your security details to a 3rd party.

Works fine if a little slow. It uses a service to submit the key code from the magic fob to provide the secure connections.

I'm also with Gorilla and they've done everything they said they would in the last 2 years and I'm a fan of FA as well.

Thanks guys, After talking to two of them "Gorilla Accounting" and "InTouch Accounting" I think Gorilla got better accounting software. Has anyone use Freeagent before and what do you think about it? Does it reduces the pain to capture expenses or increases it? What's your personal experience with either of them and which one you recommend one on another and why?

    Thanks

Being new myself, one thing I found useful was having insurance and cloud accounting software included in price..
