Sorry, in this instance I would be asking the client to put me on one of their current agencies preferred list

Cant help but think that the only ones who are going to be able to sort this out are the client. Nothing OP can do.

I dealt with agents who are totally useless and with a bit of legal banter put them in there place but never a agent acting against there money!
Client shouting at agent will hold more sway than you doing so....

, the PS can PSoff.

The framework for hiring contingents in the PS have changed recently (am talking last month or less I think) so its' going to be different from the last time you got a contract. They've clamped down on agencies offering bodies though the GCloud framework so it's highly possible the agency are genuinely struggling to get their ducks in order. It's also possible they aren't and it's something else but I find it very had to believe that an agency will put 7 lots of commission up for risk just to 'prove a point'. They are losing money as well and if there is one thing that agents like it's money.
Your contract has ended. That's that. You can't sue for compensation because you have not incurred any loss. You are a contractor and need to start understanding this better.

No legal rights.
The contract was between you and the agency. Your contract ended as agreed. What happens between the agency and the client is out of your control.
Welcome to contracting.

Agency hasn't renew contract. Agency fault!
Hi,
Myself and 6 other contractors have not had our contracts renew due to the agency having issues with the client. This has been due to the agency not complying with the public sector hoops they now need to jump through to allow them to supply. The current client has now made all the effort to get our contracts renewed however the agency are taking there time to "prove a point" and this mean a days off site waiting for the the renewal.
What legal rights would I have at this point or compensation methods I could use towards the agency?
Thanks
