I disagree about the semicolon, I regret to say.

Logically speaking, it's an "AND" and a "NAND". So the question is whether that makes it a list of 2 or a list of 3.

Not allowed them for a few years now.
I'm trying to buy another guy's LTDCO of him when he retires as he has a special dispensation of £120 a day irrelevant of location
Not sure if that can transfer but I'll look into it when he does retire.

p.s. looking here https://www.gov.uk/government/public...outside-the-uk, it seems that while working in EU I can claim almost 100eur per day in subsistence without receipts, do I read it correctly ?
