Or put your money where your mouth is and sue an agency for abuse of the Regs. IPSE will support you in that, and it would eventually lead to the resolution you (and others, including me) would like to see happen. Or is that too much head over parapet?
IPSE will not acknowledge that Opt Out abuse by agencies is prevalent or indeed even a problem.

When I discussed it with you, you told me if I was running a real business, I would not have to rely upon employee legislation then claimed to have been personally looking for a case to take up. When I raised it again, Tarbera said 'What abuse?'

The support from IPSE is not there. Contrary to your claims.

Define 'work'. I raised your issue several times, and it appears that very few others consider this as major a problem as you do. I'm continuing to press, but being on the CC or even the BoD is NOT an automatic route to getting your own way. Resources are finite, and there are a lot of things happening right now that are considered more important - especially with an election coming up.

Partly, it is this sort of juvenile behaviour that makes it not work. Just as your first intervention here, chiding Boo for 'crying' because obviously has an issue.

Your inane interventions make you sound like Goyle.

Did you ask V8Gaz what I am on about? If not you should butt out before you look even more stupid.

    3. The BoD will consult (clue is in the name!) with the CC on issues and agree a strategy with them. CC input is very valuable during such consultation.

CC are not management. They are there to represent the ordinary member to the management and have zero authority over anything. On here I speak as a committed IPSE member and always have done, mostly in order to expose the complete bollocks some people post about what IPSE is trying to do and why.

Sorry if that's a bit hard to understand but hey...
