    Go on to the ICO and register a complaint with all of the details they request and copies of the response to your SAR response. They must have a load of these by now as I think everyone who raise me a SAR has had them refused....

    Nope - I got a letter stating they were declining to realise to volumes received as a result of a target online campaign and that they had spine to the ICO … so I have now complained to the ICO and raised on their portal...
