I’ve not used Honest Mobile personally, but on paper it doesn’t look outrageous for what it is. The main selling point seems to be the automatic network switching, which is handy if you’re in areas where coverage varies a lot.

I’m in a similar boat and it’s a bit hit and miss to be honest.
Tried NSAIDs and they help a bit, injections helped for a while then wore off. Some days it’s fine, other days it just nags for no clear reason. I’ve found keeping it moving helps more than resting it completely, but...
