If anyone looked into it in any detail, it might raise questions. But there's no good reason anyone (IE HMRC) would look, and even if they did, it'd be a long way from a slam dunk for HMRC.
MVL Online have done just shy of 5,000 liquidations in the last ~14 years, and we've not seen one...

Slightly late to this thread...but my personal opinion:
- I don't see going from Ltd Co to permie as a big red flag to HMRC. Realistically, that's what they want you to do. IMHO it's more of a concern going the other way (IE being a permie then arguing you've become an independent contractor...
