Keeping with the Italian theme:
Tricolore Italian toastie
green pesto
mozzarella cheese, sliced
parma ham
avocado, peeled, stoned and sliced
couple of tomatoes, sliced
salt and freshly ground black pepper
olive oil
Stick these on some focaccia bread and grill for a few minutes. Add fresh basil.
Like an Italian version of cheese on toast. If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my fingers.Comment
