Trying to renew my MSDN Universal subscription - gave up on the MS website, phoned up and ended up in Bangalore, five minutes of repeating and explaining what I wanted (their sole aim being to find out my first name and using it in every sentence without actually helping me), and then got through to a little tinker in Eire who said they were busy and will call back in 5 minutes.
