One of these days I must get around to going to one of the proper butchers hereabouts and getting some really good bacon

The missus bought some packs of bacon from a local farm shop the other day. The packs were quite thick, so she assumed there were a good few rashers in each pack.

It turns out there were three rashers in each - those were great sandwiches
