Nearly finished the redesign of the flashing lights machine hardware.

Probly make the pcb for it tomorrow...

Nothing that formal for me. I just go running 3 times a week and cut out the crisps, chocolate, full fat pop etc. Still have them now and again but it's once a week, not every day.

Lost 11 lbs so far.

JUst had to reboot my main pc. I opened visualstudio the other day : it seems to leak memory like a sieve.

I expect some sort of caustic comment from Nick now......
