    I have been through every superfamily and family of flies. There's some really horible parasites in that little lot.

    Anyway, I'm down to one of these families:

    Muscidae (the house flies)
    Calliphoridae (the blow-flies)
    Rhinophoridae
    Sarcophagidae (the flesh flies)
    and possibly (though I doubt it) Tachinidae (parasitic flies).
