Great day thanks Zeity - weather was really good and we got to explore quite a lot of the area. Checked out a beautiful area of waterfalls on the way to Pen y Fan, then we made for Neuadd Reservoir where we parked up and climbed a hill just off to the west (just trying to figure out which one it was!). Pen y Fan itself was probably a bit too much to tackle by the time we got there as we'd spent more time exploring on the way there than we'd planned, and it might have been a bit much to tackle it from Neuadd with the kids anyway.
