I can't understand the loss of post count, to be honest.

It as bad : but made FAR worse by the lack of communication. If admin want us to slow down the post rate (or not make rubbish posts) then why not ask?

Now at 153233. 23,233 in about 90 days = 258 per day. 181 days to 200,000 at that rate, i.e. about July 2009

Yep : I reckon middle of next year. It will then be roughly 18 months for every 100,000 posts. So 1,000,000 posts in 2021?
