Part P always amazes me... how will anyone know whether or not something was installed before or after the rules came into affect? And does anyone buying a house care?
I guess the only people interested are conveyancers (if anyone can sell a house), and insurers if you claim!

I suspect that the change in colours of the twin & earth might just be a bit of a giveaway.
I made a point of buying up all the remaindered red & black twin & earth I found before it all disappeared.
Because of course you would expect brown, the closest of the two colours to black, to be live... wouldn't you? No? Really?
Don't mention fire extinguishers. Sooo much easier to identify now they are all red!
If you think that's frightening, then investigate what they've done with the 3 phase colours... used to be Red, Yellow, and Blue... with Black as neutral...
