Lack of independant auditing of the figures I think?

WHS. The ASA aren't saying that the figures are incorrect, merely that certain widely-accepted industry practices for confirming that they are correct were not followed.

I think what they're driving at is that figures from Google Analytics shouldn't be trusted unless somebody else has checked that GA has been correctly implemented.
