Just got an email confirming my "technical assessment" interview thingy for Friday

They use XP (Extreme Programming)... looks like I'll be pair-programming with one of the team for an hour or two

I'm fairly highly ranked in that myself. I'm still trying to make 2 hours work from yesterday last until tomorrow afternoon. Going well so far.
